the-id asked: About the minors: I was actually advised when I was looking at minors to take something other than another social science. A major in psychology shows that you know how to do social science. It would make you look more useful to employers or grad programs to have a minor that's a bit further away, but still useful: I was told biology, math, or computers were helpful.
Like I said earlier, it really just depends on what you want to do. I can definitely see how any of those would be useful, but not really if you want to go into social work. It’s all relative to your career goals, although basically any minor could work with psych. And Psych as a minor could work with almost any major.
